Taking into account your chosen wedding venue, desired ambiance and color scheme, we brainstorm and present you ideas for stunning fresh floral decor for your Wedding Day. Design suggestions are in synch with your selected venue, your personal style preferences and your allotted budget! To accommodate couples’ different styles, wedding sizes and budgets, two different Wedding Flower Design service options are offered:
1.) Full Service Florals: We design and create your florals, provide the transport, staff and labor to deliver and set everything up at your wedding location. Fusion Floral ART’s team arrives at your wedding venue hours in advance.
First, we seek you out and personally hand deliver your bouquet and personal flowers directly to you. Then our team sets up your arch & ceremony area decor, entrance & sweetheart table floral designs, including floral centerpieces for your guest tables and cake flowers /decor.
Your reception and ceremony set up will be complete at least one hour before your ceremony start time. If you’d like us to stay on site to repurpose (move) your ceremony florals to your reception area after your wedding ceremony, we’ll stay on site to do that too! Required minimum floral spend amount is $2-2.5K. Full Service Wedding Florals pricing rate varies depending on location, day of week, season & availability.
For clients who are planning to be wed at a raw space (everything needs to be brought in) Wedding Venue, or otherwise need assistance coordinating their furniture & linen RENTALS, a percentage fee based Rental Management Service is available. This value added service includes assistance in identifying & selecting needed / desired RENTAL inventory items, formalizing rental agreement(s) and coordinating delivery, inventory, set up and pick up logistics as needed to achieve a cohesive look and feel for your Puerto Rico Destination Wedding 💒 Flowers & Decor.
2.) A La Carte Florals: Ideal for smaller and/ or more budget minded weddings, we design and create your wedding bouquet and florals, then carefully pack them for easy transport and set up at their intended location.
Your Puerto Rico Wedding flowers may be picked up from our Isabela flower shop the day before your beach or church wedding or the morning of. Required minimum floral spend amount for this service is $500; A La Carte Wedding Florals pricing varies based on items desired, quantity, design and flower types /availability.
A La Carte Wedding Florals are generally a good fit for smaller wedding parties and/ or budget conscious couples planning simple florals and decor. A la Carte Wedding Florals is offered at a lower minimum spend than Full Service Wedding Florals due to reduced transport, staff, labor and time costs.
Your Wedding Bouquet and Florals are designed and created following the same professional care and creative process employed with our full service wedding flowers. Your wedding bouquets and flowers are then carefully packed for safe transport and easy set up at your wedding location. Depending on your preference & destination, these may be picked up on the morning of or the day before your Puerto Rico beach or church wedding.
